Katie Nguyen

My name is Katie Nguyen. I am a Junior in high school. I’m from Atlanta, Georgia. I am a team member in the Outreach Department and my job with others in the department is to make sure we spread awareness about our organization and also do lots of communication tasks.

I joined this amazing organization because I believe every student should have the opportunity to have free access to education and help if they acquired it. Reach for the Stars stands for what I believe in and the message of this really unites every teen around the world that education is one of the most important priorities in life to have a prosperous future ahead.

In the future, I hope to become an Internal Medicine Doctor or a Physician assistant in the emergency medicine field. Some of my hobbies include reading in my spare time and volunteering in my community with the Youth Ambassador organization I’m a part of.

This program speaks for everyone involved and it is so serene to see everyone coming together to work and provide the available resources for those who need it, with so many programs currently running and the one’s in progress.

Reach for the Stars provides me the chance to give back to the world, like Booker T. Washington said “Those who are happiest are those who do the most for others.”

2. I love shopping online and going to the mall in my free time.
